This 8-week program provides you with the most effective booty-building workouts that contain a great variety of my favorite exercises which you can do at the comfort of your home. The main goal of this course is to activate your glutes, make your booty round and perky. If you don’t have much of a training experience and feel no desire or opportunity to go to the gym, this program will be perfect for you.
You will receive a new workout on a weekly basis that should be done at least three times a week at any suitable part of the day. Exercises will gradually get more complicated with each training to maintain your progress.
Speaking of a workout format, I will carry each training session with you, helping you keep the right pace from the very beginning to the end of the workout. All you need is to press a play button and begin!
Additionally, you will have an access to a video library with explanatory videos and tips for each exercise.
To make following a workout plan even more comfortable, you get a pdf-format of each training to either quickly check it on your phone or print it out before starting the workout.
